Think of it like 3 months of personal training - but it’s 1:1 support and accountability for whatever priority matters most to you.

Why It Exists
Let’s be honest, the last few months of the year can feel like a whirlwind.
Between holiday shopping and trying to squeeze in one last half-hearted fitness resolution… it’s easy to lose sight of what really matters.
This program is for anyone who’s tired of feeling like they’re stumbling to the finish line and wants to finish the year on purpose, instead of just collapsing into it.
I made this program to help people feel focused, calm, and present at the end of the year (instead of chaotic and regretful).

What This Program Offers
We’ve all been there—wondering how the year flew by and scrambling to make sense of what we actually accomplished (besides binge-watching Bridgerton… twice).
This program will help you cut through the distractions, stop procrastinating, and refocus on the goals that matter most. By the end of the program, you'll have the clarity and momentum needed to wrap up the year… in a way that makes you proud.
It includes:
Biweekly 1:1 coaching sessions. We meet for 60-minute virtual sessions every other week for 12 weeks (6 sessions total).
Asynchronous coaching via audio messages. I’ll check in between sessions on Voxer for accountability. You reach out anytime with questions, integration comments, or just to share what's coming up for you. (Clients that take advantage of Voxer tend to get more out of their coaching investment.)
Homework you design to explore between sessions. Whether you “successfully complete” them or not, there is no shaming. These are experiments designed to support your goals, and will always teach you something about yourself.
AI-written session summaries emailed within 24 hours, so you can be more present. (And, reading your session notes afterward helps insights & themes emerge.)
Resources like podcasts, books, meditations, exercises when relevant
Seamless scheduling & automated reminders to lighten the cognitive load and make calendaring seamless.
My Pillars of Practice
Over the course of the program we’ll coach with some of the following themes:
Presence - Before transformation can happen, we first get grounded and establish safety with your nervous system. From this place, we can get creative and experimental.
Embodiment - If your find yourself “thinking in circles” we drop into the body, notice what’s there, listen to it, engage intuition, and develop somatic self-trust.
Intention - You set a ‘north star’ for yourself to keep us moving towards alignment.
Mindset - Experimenting with how we talk to ourselves, to build personal agency
Communication - Feeling good in your mind and body is great, but if you can’t also express yourself you will find yourself in similar patterns. I use tools like Nonviolent Communication and Internal Family Systems to support this process.
How Much It Costs
12 weeks of holistic coaching support is $999. Your payment can be made in full upfront, or in 3 equal monthly payments of $333 per month (automatically charged.)

Community-Supported Rate: $799 (or $266 per month)

How To Enroll
The program is open now for enrollment, just in time for you to actually get organized before the year wraps. Spots are limited to 10 new clients. You’re not the only one trying to avoid year-end panic. Enrollment closes September 30, 2024.
