About
Hey โ Iโm Jen. ๐
Iโm a holistic life coach who helps people build the skills to meet their lives with more steadiness, clarity, and agency โ especially when theyโre at a crossroads.
I work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and often carrying a lot. People who want to feel more aligned with who they are and how theyโre living โ not by optimizing themselves, but by slowing down, getting honest, and making intentional choices that they feel stoked about.
My stance as a coach
Iโm not interested in surface-level insight or performative growth.
I care about you leaving our work together with real skills: the ability to regulate your nervous system, get clear about what actually matters to you, and take integrity-driven action โ especially in uncertain times.
My coaching is grounded, practical, and human. We work with whatโs real โ your body, your patterns, your values, your actual life โ not a theoretical version of who you think you should be.
Why this work fits me (and how I show up)
My private coaching practice was formally shaped through two accredited coach training programs. But people who know me well often say, โThis is what you were always meant to do.โ
Iโm naturally introspective and deeply curious about others. Since I was a kid, Iโve had self-help and personal growth books crowding my nightstand. Long before coaching was a profession, it was my way of orienting to life.
The human context I bring into the room
Iโm also an entrepreneur (since 2018), a former marketing leader at high-growth tech startups, and the founder of Zest โ a company I created to bring skill-based, regulation-focused support into the workplace.
Outside of work, my life is shaped by dance, movement, parenthood, partnership, and community. Iโm a wife and mother to two young daughters. Iโm a Spanish speaker with a deep love of Latin America.
Iโm a survivor of sexual assault, which informs my deep care around consent, agency, and safety โ both in coaching and in life. Iโm a dancer and sensual movement advocate who believes the body is not an accessory to growth, but central to it.
All of this shapes how I coach.
My mission is to help you understand, trust, and regulate yourself โ so you can take integrity-driven action & feel stoked about how youโre living.
Understanding without regulation is overwhelming.
Regulation without action is stagnant.
Action without trust isnโt sustainable. We work with all of it โ together.
Folks describe me asโฆ
Mindful & grounded
Both a โdreamerโ and a โdoerโ that really enjoys the โbeingโ
Empathetic & intuitive
Efficient & professional
A mom with a wholesome family life & a dynamic personal life
Welcoming & open-minded
Adventurous & grounded
Regularly fun. (Occasionally funny.)
Spiritual & sensual
Soft & strong
This is for you ifโฆ
My coaching works for people who feel really ready to stop circling the same questions and start making grounded, self-trusting moves.
You might be:
At a professional or personal crossroads
Successful on paper, but internally conflicted or restless
Tired of overthinking and craving clarity you can act on
Wanting to slow down without losing momentum
Ready to make decisions you can actually stand behind
If you want to feel more at home in your body, more confident in your choices, and more steady in the face of change โ coaching together may be a great fit.
Iโd love to meet you. ๐

This is probably NOT a fit ifโฆ
This work may not be the right fit if youโre looking for:
Quick fixes, surface-level insight, or motivational hype
Someone to tell you exactly what to do without your own reflection or agency
Coaching that avoids discomfort, emotion, or honest self-inquiry
A purely tactical or performance-only approach without attention to the body
Growth that looks good on the outside but isnโt integrated on the inside
I work best with people who are willing to be present, take responsibility for their choices, and practice new ways of responding to life โ even when itโs uncomfortable.
Surely I have more teachers and mentors than Iโm even aware of.
That said, here are some of the people, organizations and academic institutions that have helped form who I am and how I coach:
