The Vitality Lab
Boost immunity & vitality with science-backed lymphatic care for women.
Saturday March 7, 2026 | 3–5 PM
MoonMountain Highway | Bingen, Washington
A hands-on workshop for women designed to demystify the lymphatic system help you deeply care for yourself in a nourishing (and practical) way.
Led by a certified lymphatic specialist and a holistic life coach, this 2-hour immersive lab blends education, embodied practice, and real-time coaching—so you don’t just learn what helps, you leave knowing how to use it consistently.
Through evidence-based science, embodied self-tending, and supportive coaching, you’ll understand why lymphatic care matters—and learn simple ways to support your body that feel nourishing instead of overwhelming.
What to Expect
❋ Personal Action Plan
Create a realistic, personalized self-tending menu—so you leave with 2–3 practices you’ll actually use, not a list that lives in your notes app.
❋ Expert Facilitation
This is a collaboration between two experts who care about what happens after the workshop: the science that supports your body, and the coaching that helps your plan stick.
❋ Science, Explained
Understand how lymphatic health impacts fatigue, inflammation, immunity, mood, and energy—without needing a medical background.
❋ Accountability & Community
Gentle accountability and shared intention—because practices stick better when you’re not doing them alone.
“This has encouraged me to make significant changes that will impact all aspects of my health.”
❋ Lymph Support Kit
A thoughtfully curated lymphatic care collection to support your practices at home.
❋ Embodied Self-Tending Practice
Experience tangible ease and release through self-lymphatic massage, diaphragmatic breathing, and gentle movement—so your body actually feels the difference, not just understands it.
“If you’re going to invest time and energy in self-care, make it effective, efficient, and sustainable.”
- Elsa Mitchell
Where's that dry brush you bought but only used a few times?
Do you ever feel puffy, sluggish, or heavy in your body—even when you’re doing "all the right things”?
Have you tried routines that sounded promising, only to set them aside because they were confusing, uncomfortable, or hard to keep up with?
If this sounds familiar, you’re not doing anything wrong—you’ve likely just been missing clear guidance and an approach that works with your body.
—
When we don’t understand why something works—or don’t feel results—self-care quickly becomes another abandoned “should.”
The missing piece is support — understanding your body, embodied practice, and turning insight into habit.
Your Facilitators
“I am now well-prepared to care for myself more meaningfully at home. These practices moved the needle for me in so many ways!”
“The guidance was supportive and caring, offering ways to integrate the practices into my daily routine without feeling overwhelmed.”
