Private Winter Coaching Program
Winter Foundations: Q1 Coaching Immersion is a personalized 1:1 holistic coaching program crafted to align with the introspective and grounding energy of the winter season.
Through judgment-free coaching sessions held every other week via Zoom, we’ll work together to clarify your intentions, strengthen your foundation, and create sustainable practices that prepare you for the bold action and expansion of spring.
Think of it as 3 months of personal training - but for your goals, thoughts, and actions. I give you accountability, support, and tools to help you focus inward.
You’ll emerge feeling aligned, grounded, and growing in a direction you’re stoked about.
Why It Exists
Winter is a time for reflection and preparation.
It’s not about sprinting toward the next big thing—it’s about intentionally turning inward, nourishing yourself, and setting the groundwork for bold moves to happen.
This program is for anyone who feels ready to create a meaningful, well-rooted foundation in their life or work and wants the support to do so with curiosity, clarity, and intention.

You’re ready to prioritize reflection and intentional action this year.
Examples of Clients from Last Year’s Q1 Coaching Program
Emily, a physician, wanted to feel more lit up by her work (and less resentful).
She worked on identifying what she really needed and setting boundaries. By March, her health was thriving and she felt more energized by her work and relationships.
Aiden, an artist, used the winter season to focus inward, clarifying their creative vision and setting systems to support their business. They entered spring with a clear sense of direction and momentum.
Ravi, a software engineer, began Q1 feeling stuck in a loop of overwork and burnout. Coaching helped him create a daily discipline practice, reconnect with passions, and step into spring with renewed energy and purpose.

Grounding - Before transformation can happen, we first get grounded and establish safety with your nervous system. From this place, we can get creative and experimental.
Embodiment - If your find yourself “thinking in circles” we drop into the body, notice what’s there, listen to it, engage intuition, and develop somatic self-trust.
Intention - You set a ‘north star’ for yourself to keep us moving towards alignment.
Mindset - Experimenting with how we talk to ourselves, to build personal agency and change our experience.
Communication - Using tools like Nonviolent Communication and Internal Family Systems you will feel more prepared for hard conversations

What Clients Say About Jen’s Coaching
“Grounded and connected to my own compass.”
“I came to Jen at a crossroads, not knowing not exactly what I needed… but knowing that my work and relationship needed a change. Before our first session, I felt confused and disconnected from myself. Unsure about where to go next.
After insightful coaching, I feel grounded and connected to my own compass.
I’m happy to say I’ve found a professional path that’s more fulfilling than anything I’ve done before, and my ability to communicate my needs (a muscle I’ve honestly never flexed before) is finally developing.”
- Alana H.
About Sliding Scale Pricing
I want to help to create an honest & accessible culture of payment. To that end, I offer a sliding scale model (inspired by the Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunning and Simone Grace Seol’s thoughts on Radically Inclusive Pricing).
Take a look below to determine which price is appropriate for you. 👇
Pay It Forward Rate
If you have access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings;
if you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life;
If you have economic privilege and power in our community, this price is for you.
By choosing this price, you are “paying it forward” and contributing to a more equitable world by supporting course access for those with less.
Standard Rate
You may be paying off debt or building savings, but you have access to steady income;
You do NOT spend most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc;
You might have to cut some discretionary spending (dinners out, new outfits, vacations, etc), but the sacrifice is short-term and will not harm you in the long term.
Community Supported Rate
You struggle to maintain access to basic needs such as food, housing, or child care or are living paycheck to paycheck;
You support dependents, have significant debt, have medical expenses not covered by insurance, or receive public assistance;
You are able to put away money each month to save up to be able to pay for the program, but the middle tier price would mean that you have to save for longer than 12 months.
*Note about Sliding Scale Models
This is an honor system! It’s my hope that by providing 6 different ways to pay, these services can be more accessible to those that need it most.
Please be mindful that if you opt in to the lower price when you can truthfully afford a higher price, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility. If buying this program means making short-term sacrifices, having to get creative, or asking others for financial help (but it's not going to actually jeopardize your safety) we ask that you take advantage of those resources before using the sliding scale, which may limit opportunities for others.
Being honest about your financial situation and choosing a price point responsibly respects my work and ensures I can continue to provide these services in a healthy and sustainable way for the community.
