January 5, 2027 - March 30, 2027

You don't need to be an artist. You just need to be willing to get curious.

Ever wish you journaled more? Made more time for yourself? Gotten a little clearer about what you want instead of just moving through the motions?

Join me and a small group of curious humans in Portland as we work through Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way together.

What to Expect

Each week, we'll read a chapter of The Artist's Way and meet to talk about what came up. I'll guide us through reflection, coaching prompts, thoughtful conversation, and simple grounding practices.

Between gatherings, you'll experiment with two core practices:

  1. Morning Pages: Three pages of unfiltered, stream-of-consciousness writing every morning. No editing. No trying to sound smart. Just getting what's in your head onto paper.

  2. Artist Dates: A weekly solo adventure, just for you. Something that sparks curiosity, play, or delight. No productivity goals allowed.

The practices are straightforward. Doing them consistently is the hard part!

That's why we're doing it together.

It might be your jam if…

  • You wish you journaled more. (But somehow never quite make the time.)

  • You're at a crossroads. (And could use some space to hear yourself think.)

  • You want to feel more creative. (Even if you wouldn't call yourself an artist.)

  • You're craving more self-connection. (Less autopilot, more intention.)

  • You want to make time for yourself. (And know you probably won't unless it's on the calendar.)

  • You like the idea of doing hard things with good people. (A little accountability goes a long way.)

Why The Artist’s Way?

Because knowing you want to make a change and actually making time for it are two different things.

For more than 30 years, The Artist's Way has helped people explore their creativity, habits, beliefs, and relationship with themselves.

But this isn't about fixing yourself or becoming a better version of you.

It's about paying attention. Getting curious. Making space for things that tend to get crowded out by the demands of everyday life.

Some weeks might feel inspiring. Others might feel frustrating, boring, or uncomfortable. That's part of the practice, too.

You don't need to have a breakthrough. You just need to show up and see what you notice.
