Intentional Mornings is a 75-minute virtual workshop designed to help you put your values into action through supportive morning rituals.
This session includes guided personal introspection, a menu of research-backed practices that support energy and focus, spot coaching to help you design a solid plan, and the lift that comes from doing this work with other rad humans.
You’ll leave feeling back in the driver’s seat of your life, with a realistic morning plan to support you in this season.
Workshop attendees who join (12pm pacific 2/11/26) will receive a gifted 1:1 coaching session with Jen.
